Easy to operate...
Set the temp, load & web the media, turn on the pump switch and go... Its just that easy! Once the temperature comes within operating range, the drive will engage and the coating begin. There is no need for damming the Liquid, nor to place trays under the media to catch overflow, as this coater has a filtered supply and return system to keep the liquid flowing smoothly over your graphics.

The filtered supply and return systems ensure that you are filtering unwanted impurities that may negatively impact the overall quality. The fluid level indicator will let you know when you need to add coating.
Easy to clean!
Teflon coated 'non stick' drain pans & easy access plumbing for quick clean up after use makes this coater much easier to clean than competing models.
One Coater - Multiple Uses...
The AquaCoat liquid coater is ideal for coating solvent, eco solvent and certain dye & UV based ink jet images printed onto a variety of flexible substrates, including: PSA & Vinyl, Non Porous Textiles, Wet Strength Wall Covering, Canvas and a variety of other suitable substrates. The machine also doubles as a flash drying device for hard to dry inks, thereby dramatically reducing dry time & increasing production.

The sturdy craftsman ship of this liquid laminator will make it one of the most dependable, efficient machines in your shop and in a matter of months will more than pay for itself in saved liquid coating costs.
